This Privacy Policy describes how Meredosia Tech ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SwapDeck mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using SwapDeck, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, first and last name, date of birth, and an optional Coin Master game link. Your date of birth is used solely to determine age eligibility for certain features.
Device Information: We collect your device identifier, device model, operating system version, and app version for security, analytics, and to prevent abuse.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect approximate location data to help match you with nearby trading partners. You may deny location access and still use the app.
User Content: We collect messages you send to other users through in-app chat, trade requests, partner reviews, and ratings you provide.
Album Screenshots: When you use the AI card scanning feature, you upload screenshots of your in-game card album. These images are processed temporarily to extract card data and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not store, distribute, or use your screenshots for any other purpose, including machine learning model training.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including features used, challenges completed, trades made, and spin activity, to improve the Service and track challenge progress.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to SwapDeck Premium, Google Play handles all payment processing. We receive a purchase confirmation token but do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Album screenshots are deleted immediately after AI processing and are never stored permanently.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@meredosiatech.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account data within 30 days.
SwapDeck requires users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. We implement an age gate during registration to verify this requirement.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the app's core trading and matchmaking features but are restricted from participating in sweepstakes, weekly prize drawings, or any real-world prize promotions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@meredosiatech.com.
SwapDeck displays advertisements to non-subscriber users through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
SwapDeck Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
