The SwapDeck Weekly Drawing (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Meredosia Tech, 469 Il-117 Goodfield, IL 61742 (the "Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Meredosia Tech and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Each weekly drawing period begins on Tuesday at 5:00 AM Central Time and ends the following Monday at 4:59 AM Central Time. Entries reset at the start of each new drawing period.
Method 1 — In-App Entry (No Purchase Required): Earn tickets by completing daily, weekly, and monthly challenges, maintaining login streaks, earning positive trade ratings, spinning the Lucky Spin wheel, or unlocking achievements within the SwapDeck app. Deposit earned tickets into the weekly sweepstakes pool from within the app. Each ticket deposited equals one entry.
Method 2 — Premium Bonus Entries: SwapDeck Premium subscribers receive 50 complimentary tickets per billing cycle as a free promotional bonus included with their subscription. These tickets function identically to earned tickets and may be deposited as sweepstakes entries.
Method 3 — Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To receive 50 entries without a premium subscription, mail a handwritten 3x5 index card in a stamped envelope with your legal name, SwapDeck username, email address, and date of birth to:

Limit one mail-in request per person, per billing cycle. Mail-in entries must be received during the applicable drawing period to be eligible for that week's drawing.
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on Tuesday following the close of each drawing period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize amounts and quantities will be announced within the app at the start of each drawing period. Prizes will be awarded as cash or cash equivalents at the Sponsor's discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners will be notified via in-app notification and the email address associated with their SwapDeck account within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify age and eligibility via government-issued identification before awarding any prize.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with any prize. Winners may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation before prizes are awarded.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their SwapDeck username for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Illinois.
