Welcome to SwapDeck! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwapDeck mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Meredosia Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using SwapDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
General Use (Ages 13+): Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Service's matchmaking and portfolio-tracking features, but are strictly prohibited from participating in any sweepstakes, lotteries, or real-world prize drawings.
Sweepstakes & Promotions (Ages 18+): Participation in any SwapDeck weekly drawings or promotional sweepstakes is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility via government-issued identification before awarding any prize.
SwapDeck provides a third-party, out-of-band communication and matchmaking platform designed to help users find trading partners for virtual items in third-party digital games.
No Affiliation: SwapDeck is an independent platform and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Moon Active, the creators of Coin Master, or any other third-party game developer.
Manual Trading Required: SwapDeck does not execute trades on your behalf. All actual transfers of virtual items must be conducted manually by the users within the respective third-party game, utilizing that game's officially authorized in-game trading mechanics.
Compliance with Third-Party Rules: You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SwapDeck and your in-game trading activities comply with the Terms of Service and End User License Agreements of the respective third-party games.
To facilitate matchmaking, SwapDeck allows users to upload screenshots of their digital card inventories.
Data Extraction Only: Our Vision-Language Model (VLM) temporarily scans these screenshots solely to extract factual text data regarding your inventory.
No Retention: Uploaded screenshots are processed as ephemeral, intermediate copies and are immediately permanently deleted from our servers following data extraction. We do not publicly display, distribute, or use your uploaded screenshots to train machine learning models.
SwapDeck Property: The SwapDeck name, custom graphics (including our proprietary energy icons), user interface, and matchmaking algorithms are the exclusive property of Meredosia Tech.
Through your use of the Service, you may earn virtual items, including "tickets" and "energy icons," by completing missions, receiving positive trade ratings, or interacting with the app.
No Cash Value: Tickets, energy icons, and other virtual rewards have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and remain the property of Meredosia Tech.
Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, or transfer SwapDeck tickets or energy icons to other users.
Utility: Tickets may be redeemed for in-app utility (such as priority queueing or profile cosmetics) or used as entries into promotional sweepstakes (for eligible users 18 and older).
We offer optional premium subscriptions ("SwapDeck Premium") that provide enhanced utility, such as priority VLM queuing and highlighted trade listings.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's native app store settings.
Promotional Bonuses: Premium subscriptions may include promotional bonuses, such as complimentary tickets. These tickets are a free promotional add-on to the utility provided by the subscription.
Any sweepstakes or drawings hosted on SwapDeck are governed by our official SwapDeck Sweepstakes Rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A purchase or premium subscription is never required to enter or win a SwapDeck sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Free methods of entry, including mail-in entry, are available to all eligible users. Please see the Official Sweepstakes Rules for detailed instructions on how to enter without making a purchase by mailing Meredosia Tech at our physical address.
SwapDeck strictly prohibits the use of our platform to facilitate the buying, selling, or auctioning of in-game virtual items for real-world money, cryptocurrency, or physical goods. SwapDeck is exclusively for coordinating card-for-card or item-for-item trades. Violating this policy will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meredosia Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any actions taken by third-party game developers against your external gaming accounts; or (c) any unauthorized access to our servers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Illinois.
